ID Credential Analysis is scanning your ID to verify it so that you can meet with a notary.

Check for the following which could be causing the scan of your ID to be unsuccessful:
-Are your fingers covering a portion of the ID? 

    Try Again! Move your fingers to the edges of the ID
- Is there a glare covering portions of the ID?

    Try Again! You may need to change the angle of the camera or move to an area with different lighting

- Is the camera on your device not able to capture the image in detail?  

    If so, you may need to take a photo of your ID with another device and upload the images instead of taking the photo in real time.
- Are you uploading an image with a watermark covering a portion of the ID?

    Try Again!  Take new images of your ID without using an app or a scanner that is putting a watermark on your images
- Are portions of your ID cut off?

    Try Again!  Make sure that all edges and corners of your ID are captures in the photo frame.
